My new Coolection!

Just got back from Singapore yesterday from my training/vacation trip. Managed to get one of my most anticipated figure, Sideshow's 1/6 scale A New Hope Darth Vader. And to top it off, I got the exclusive version too ^^

Here it is, with the rest of my other new stuffs that I haven't updated the blog with in months! But on top of my head, I think the new ones would be the Mark 1, Mark 3 Silly Thing (which I got from the Singapore Toy Fair, along with the unopened T 600 Martin Laing Anicom):



Had a pretty good trip this time. My next fig would be the Godfather. Hopefully I'd be able to set aside a bit of fund for him next month :D

Enterbay Never Fail to Deliver 100% Customer Satisfaction!

So I noticed that there was a bit of a scratch on the pupil on one of my Fist of Fury Bruce. And after a brief email to Enterbay telling them bout the issue, they actually called me to asked me directly of the problems I'm experiencing! What a customer service!

And they finally sent me a set of eye balls, and it took bout a week to receive them:







I Have already replaced the eye ball. Thanks to Kiki for her brief instruction of just using a tweezer to pull off the eye ball from the sculpt. I was kinda intimidated by the sound of it, but to my surprise, its quite easy actually! I took it out and replaced the new one back in, in less than 5 minutes. I didnt bother to take any new pics, since the changes aren't that obvious. Now I have the perfect FOF set :D

Thank you, Enterbay and especially Kiki! Your product and your customer service never cease to amaze me! I'm sold for life :)

Dior Homme par Hedi Slimane Leather Jacket SS 07 Era

Had enough of 1/6 obsession already for now, as my current display shelf could only accommodate so much. Yikes :/

So I was doing some cleaning up of my wardrobes to make space for my fig boxes and realized that I have a leather jacket that I haven't been wearing for quite a while now. Its from Hedi Slimane's last spring/summer collection, as technically, he left the house of Dior Homme after his final fall/winter collection.

One thing that I like bout this leather jacket is that it fits really slim; but not tight. And fits really well and snug, just like how a leather jacket should fit. It's really hard to find the perfect article of clothing being a skinny bastard like myself before:( But ever since Monsieur Slimane start designing for the house of Dior and sparked the trend of slim silhouette, I no longer have the trouble to look for the perfect fit. The term "Fits like a glove" does come in mind :D

I've tried a numerous jackets from other brands, but none come close to what Dior Homme have to offer (at least from Slimane's collection, don't really give a damn bout KVA's). And the design and details of the jacket is impeccable!

Slimane's design for the leather jacket has always been different from time to time, but he managed to have that trademark style of his, printed all over the jacket. Just like how this jacket is quite similar in design and style (The shoulder epaulets, the arm zipper, the infamous "darts" and the leather patch on the front to cover the zippers) like the one he designed for Daft Punk.
